If one come to the fore and say."There is a better way of doing this and i know how to do it," he is undoubtedly a good leader.A potential leader believes in alternative ways of doing things.
3. Practical ideas: Leaders can identify which ideas are practical and which aren't. It is the proactive(=practical)attitude that makes a leader stand out.He can convert the vision into reality.
4. Willingness to take responsibilities: Responsibilities enable us to accomplish things.The joy of accomplish is what leadership is all about. Leader face challenges and make use of them to achieve their goal.
5. Charisma: Potential leaders have charisma in them.Peoples are keen to know what such people speak and they are all ears when they open their mouth.
