  • We are also blessed with few latent abilities.Let our priority be to enhance them.
  • People are there not to appreciate you,but to criticise.Ignore negative criticisms.
  • Act as if you were self-cofidence.Then you will feel more confident.
  • Read motivating books,watching inspiring tv programs,atttend seminars and research on the internet.
  • Maintain elegant gestures and postures of confidence,and not of diffidence.
Your mental health influences your self-confidence and self esteem.Your mental health is at the optimum level ,if you can....
