CREATING
Creating is a part of customer satisfaction suppose you want to order in one company then company ask you about products requirements then that is called make creating of products.
COMMUNICATION
Communication is a process of talk from one person to other person and talk about any products details.
DELIVERING
Delivering is the process of place order from one company to customers house that completed process is called delivering.It is divided into online and offline.
EXCHANGING
Exchanging process is a part of company products.Example one company make a products and then products buy by customers then money exchange in both steps that is called exchanging but bussines rule not end on this steps because bussiness not only make money from customer because company ask to customer that you are happy from our products then customer again new things purchased from company and ask to more friends about company products that is called digital marketing.
OFFERING
Offering is the combination of marketing products,services and technical supports and more important satisfaction of customers by offer values and needs.
